Mr. Chaim Milun also manages properties for non-resident clients, many of whom have continued their business relationship with him following completion of the project at hand, confirming their satisfaction with the high professional standard of his services.

Chaim also personally provides professional services such as:

  • supervision and inspection of ongoing construction;
  • engineering inspections for specific problems such as damp damage, structural problems, construction quality etc;
  • comprehensive in-depth engineering surveys prior to the purchase of property;
  • Land registry and Local Municipality zoning and Building Permit verification;
  • protocols for handover of new domestic construction.

The engineering reports, delivered within 48 hours of the inspection, can be either in Hebrew or English, according to the client's decision before the inspection, and are sent either by e-mail, hardcopy or both.

Once the report has been submitted, Mr. Milun is available for any telephone discussions the client may require for the purpose of clarification and to address any further questions, which may arise. Of course a return visit or attendance at further meetings, would incur extra fees, which are charged on an hourly basis.

The importance of engaging the services of a qualified professional to guide the client through the Israeli building and property acquisition process cannot be sufficiently stressed. Chaim Milun has that expertise, experience and amiable demeanor to make the whole experience positive and even enjoyable.
