Mr. Chaim Milun, B.Sc., is a qualified Building Engineer with an Architectural background from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He graduated in 1976 and came on aliyah with his wife in February 1977 to Alon Shvut, Gush Etzion where they have since lived.

Chaim has been working as a Consulting Engineer and Project Manager in the construction industry throughout Israel for close to 30 years. He has dealt with projects ranging from small domestic renovations, single-family homes and housing developments, to large, special application commercial, public and institutional building projects.

He is a Registered Engineer in Israel and as such has appeared in court as an expert witness representing clients who have encountered problems with their project and have reluctantly turned to litigation.

His clientele includes Israeli institutional and private residents, as well as clients from abroad who have either decided to come on Aliyah or simply purchase property in Israel.
